Communication
Audits:
The assessment process provides management with factual,
measurable evidence regarding the effectiveness of management meetings,
announcements and senior management communications, internal publications
and external publications including intranet design. Measuring the
effectiveness of these one and two-way communications is critical
in helping organizations improve their internal communications and
ultimately their relationships with stakeholders.
Internal
and External Relationship Audits:
Whether looking internally at employee relationships or externally
with customers and other stakeholders, our relationship audits are
a comprehensive analysis of organizational issues. Our research
approach is behavioral and action oriented, and includes focus groups,
one-on-one interviews, written surveys as well as review of one-way
and two-way tools. This enables the client to identify the real
issues forefront in the minds of their internal and external stakeholders.

Culture
Audits:
Conducting a culture audit is particularly valuable during times
of change, e.g., before a merger or acquisition, after an expansion
or reduction in staff, or when markets, products or services change.
The audit helps management by exposing gaps between the espoused
values of the organization and how the organization actually conducts
business. The gaps between the written word and how people experience
the organization will routinely create conflict and create an atmosphere
of mistrust and apathy. Once the weaknesses are identified, management
can focus on the most critical issues and begin involving staff
in shaping more effective programs, communications, and processes.
