Opinion Leader Training:
This program helps train organizations to identify and build relationships with opinion leaders - people who have an interest in your organization, issue or cause and are considered influential in their circles. The program involves regular two-way communication with a broad representation of opinion leaders.

Envoy Programs:
This program provides a strategic approach to building relationships with important civic and business institutions. The program involves assigning key employees to establish relationships with targeted groups and having the employees act as a communication liaison on behalf of the organization.

Ambassador Programs:
This program is an organized system for communicating with opinion leaders. We engage employees at all levels to participate as key contacts with opinion leaders. Giving employees a role as ambassadors strengthens their commitment to your organization, fosters teamwork and improves morale.

Supervisor as Communicator:
This program re-orients internal communication to be a three-way system (top-down, bottom-up and lateral) and, through training, makes immediate supervisors more effective as the primary source of information. This program strengthens not only employee and management communication, but it builds skills in individuals who hold supervisory positions.

Customer Satisfaction Program:
