Team Building & Conflict Resolution:
High functioning teams have a healthy balance of conflict and creative
tension. When communication breaks down or interpersonal styles
conflict, it often takes a facilitated process to help the team
manage through the issues and learn how to work effectively together.
Our counselors lead teams through a variety of exercises designed
to help individuals understand their own communication and work
preferences and how their style impacts the team.

Meeting
Facilitation:
Effective meetings require structure and attention to the participant's
individual and group dynamics. A skilled facilitator will know when
to let the group work through an issue, when to stop the flow and
redirect the group, and how to engage participants who withdraw
from the group. Our counselors both teach practitioners how to strengthen
their facilitation skills and we facilitate meetings for clients
who need an external facilitator.
Media
Training and Coaching:
Company spokespersons are often in the media spotlight, whether
for positive announcements or for a crisis or scandalous situations.
Our intensive training and coaching program gives the spokesperson
practice responding to questions. The practice sessions help the
spokesperson stay on message no matter how aggressive the interviewer.
This enables the spokesperson to deliver messages with confidence,
consistency and credibility.
Message
Mapping:
This program is appropriate for employees at all levels of an organization.
Message mapping is a writing methodology that helps the writer focus
and format their key messages so the reader will quickly identify
and retain the critical information. This methodology improves the
quality of written materials, from brochures to client reports,
to instruction manuals.

Management
Retreats:
Retreats, when well planned and facilitated, are an effective way
to move a group forward. Retreats help groups identify specific
goals and develop action steps to meet those goals. Facilitated
retreats offer a non-threatening environment in which to surface
and resolve issues that inhibit a group's success.
PR
101:
This program introduces practitioners to several behavioral models,
teaching the fundamentals of what motivates individuals and groups
to behave a certain way, how to capitalize on triggering events,
how to stimulate desired behaviors, and how to measure results.
Our program gives practitioners both behavioral theories, as well
as tactical steps help them implement behavioral practices in their
organization.
